Living in Bellingham has allowed me to discover a bounty of cottage style businesses specializing in fresh made products. I have incorporated many of these discoveries into my menu. All of the pastas are made fresh by the Bellingham Pasta Company, and all breads are provided by the Avenue Bakery. Cheeses are purchased from small farm producers and small farm organic produce. These products are also available in the Deli to take home.
