DELI...Our small country deli is stocked with freshly made products from suppliers in Bellingham. We are constantly searching out new products and suppliers. Recently, I have discovered a farmers coop in Bellingham, now stocking fresh organic vegetables grown by small farms throughout Whatcom County.

The kitchen at Brewster's is pickling! Please look for home canned goods: pickles, relishes and jams.

Pastas are supplied by the Bellingham Pasta Company.

PASTA: We are proud to supply pasta made fresh in Bellingham, WA by the Bellingham Pasta Company.Fresh pasta is made from high quality ingredients focusing on regional trade and locally produced products whenever available.  Our whole-wheat pasta is made with *Fairhaven Flour Mill organic durum wheat and organic whole brown eggs.  All of our other varieties contain Semolina flour milled in Oregon and Organic fresh whole eggs. An assortment of flavors will be available in the deli in convenient 14 oz. packages. Flavors and styles of pasta will change weekly.

BREAD: Handmade~stone hearth bread made daily by Avenue Bread in Bellingham. The European style rustic bread is hand-formed and baked fresh every morning in downtown Bellingham. They proudly make their bread using quality ingredients, unbleached wheat flour,natural starters with no preservatives. Because the loaves have no preservatives, we will stock it fresh Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday and will be available until sold out.

Seafood: Our shellfish and fish is ordered fresh from the Barleans plant in Ferndale, WA. This family run business only supplies wild fish, much of which is caught locally. Selection will vary depending on the time of year. We then filet and cryovac to ensure freshness.
